What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All orders in USA & Canada are delivered via USPS. For international shipping, DHL option is also available.
How long does it take to receive the order?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible. The processing time is about 1 to 3 business days & the typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for destinations within the United States. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.

Payment

My product looks a bit different from the pictures.
We try our best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, product colors can vary slightly in different lighting.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Do you make custom orders?

Returns

Can I exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to qualify for an exchange. Exchanges will be only accepted as long as the product is in its original form, unworn, free of scents, any marks or stains, and with tags attached. If you would like to change/exchange size, please email us at support@manocollections.com with your name, order number, and the size you would like to exchange to. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with exchanges, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at support@manocollections.com. We accept order cancellations within a 24-hour window of placing your order. Any cancellations requests outside of this window will not be accepted.
How do I return an item?
If there is something wrong with the item, please contact us as soon as you receive the order at support@manocollections.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at support@manocollections.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
